Shipping policy

All of our products are shipped via UPS or Canada Post. Shipping times may vary and Lulush The Label cannot guarantee arrival times. For best results, we recommend choosing the fastest shipping options at check out. Shipments are sent out within 3-5 business days (processing time). Processing times increase up to 10 business days for sale and launch periods, these are only estimates and my vary. Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive an e-mail detailing your tracking information.

Please note: It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to populate once you receive shipping notification email.

Expedited shipping, Western Canada: 3-5 business days
Expedited shipping, Eastern Canada: 5-10 business days
Expedited shipping, USA: 5-10 business days

Lulush The Label currently offers free shipping to US orders over $150 CAD. Please note that local charges may occur after checkout for US and International orders, where additional taxes and duties may apply. Additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
