CANADA POST STRIKE SHIPPING UPDATES: During the strike we are only shipping orders with UPS, Fed Ex, Purolator, and Canpar. There are no shipping delays, business as normal.

LOCAL PICK UP:

We are currently offering local pick-up on Wednesdays Only. Local pick-up will be between 10am-1pm outside Cafe La Foret (1135 Austin Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3K 3P3). Orders must be picked up during the designated time and any orders not picked up during this time will be sent invoices for shipping or otherwise refunded.

SHIPPING:

All of our products are shipped via UPS or Canada Post. Shipping times may vary and Lulush The Label cannot guarantee arrival times. For best results, we recommend choosing the fastest shipping options at check out. Shipments are sent out within 1-5 business days (processing time). Processing times increase up to 10 business days for sale and launch periods, these are only estimates and my vary. Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive an e-mail detailing your tracking information.

Please note: It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to populate once you receive shipping notification email.

Lulush The Label offers free shipping for all Canadian orders over $100. Free shipping is only applicable to orders over $100 after discounts and before taxes.

Expedited shipping, Western Canada: 3-5 business days
Expedited shipping, Eastern Canada: 5-10 business days
Expedited shipping, USA: 5-10 business days
