LOCAL DELIVERY:

Local delivery is available to the lower mainland of BC only: within 32KM of our business. All customers that choose local delivery at checkout will receive their order within 7 days of the order being placed. To qualify for local delivery the order value must be more than $50 CAD after discounts and before taxes. Delivery address must be a physical location–we will not deliver to PO boxes for local delivery. 

SHIPPING:

All of our products are shipped from Canada via UPS, Canada Post, Fedex, Purolator etc. Shipping times may vary and Lulush The Label cannot guarantee arrival times. For best results, we recommend choosing the fastest shipping options at check out. Shipments are sent out within 1-5 business days (processing time). Processing times increase up to 10 business days for sale and launch periods, these are only estimates and my vary. Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive an e-mail detailing your tracking information.

Please note: It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to populate once you receive shipping notification email.

Lulush The Label offers free shipping for all Canadian orders over $99. Free shipping is only applicable to orders over $99 after discounts and before taxes.

Expedited shipping, Western Canada: 3-5 business days
Expedited shipping, Eastern Canada: 5-10 business days
Expedited shipping, USA: 5-10 business days

USA/INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Customers are responsible for any customs/import taxes that may apply. Lulush The Label is not responsible for delays due to customs, duties, or taxes. Lulush The Label is not responsible to pay for any duties, customs, or taxes incurred–it is the sole responsibility of the customer.
